That is a response, not a judgement.  Just like angy Edmund DeFraud's 
terse letter to the Patenet Office,   This is what companies in trouble do, grasp at straws and blame everyone else.   I'm willing to bet that PBR's attorneys will mop the floor with the ambulance chasers that Joe and TAAT will employ.
