Our lsat meaningful buy was a couple weeks ago when a Goldman buyer took 450,000 shares during the RBC energy conference. No significant buying or selling since the start of the year. NO BID.
Investors giving Pipestone dumb board the dirty bird as they should. It's a team that has demonstrated incompetency at capital markets. I still think the recent M&A metrics + land sales support a $4 per share or higher takeout price so I HOPE that is what is being planned.
Hearing more chatter that NVA is looking at Pipestone. Could see the company stretching the value with a sale to NVA on the west side and CPG to the eastern side. That is my 2 cents.
