Yes indeed. What a sad state of affairs for that once major cannabis company! 

My take on John A selling his shares in high volumes is to lessen his share count to please a merger or take over agreement with a larger company. 

larger company doesn't want John to have more shares then any one of their existing top executives 

He will be offered an executive role in the merger or takeover in the larger company. 


Existing D9 shareholders will be offered shares in the larger company at a rate of 3 for 1 or 5 for one.
