After three consecutive days of work in meetings in which the Ombudsman's Office, the Ministry of the Environment , other national government portfolios, the Santander government, the California Mayor's Office, the public prosecutor's office, the Regional Attorney's Office, miners' associations, participated. peasants and inhabitants of the municipality of California, among others, it was possible to sign for the first time the agreement in the first three points towards the delimitation of the Santurbn pramo, a process that has 6 points, and that among other things accepts resolution 2090 of 2014 of Ministry of Environment , which says that the pramo starts from 3,100 and 2,800 meters above sea level in 20 municipalities of Norte de Santander 8 de Santander.
