I started my TAAT RED Flag Warnings list when I was doing DD on TAAT way back in July 2020. The original closing documents were all I needed to read to predict where TAAT would likely end up and here it is now as many of us shareholders predicted.  That list kept getting longer.   I knew then that I would be careful and never go all-in with a longterm hold and I was right. 

TAAT's "best before" date expired a long time ago.
