RE:Public investments backfired big

RE:Public investments backfired bigtrue it appears to be bad now but in hindsight; however i see it also that artis value has fallen along with the sector which has allowed for cheap buybacks. therefore, not much of a loss if he were to liquidate FCR and buyback Artis units. net-net. As for Dream Office, the valuation has been triple in the past couple years but suddenly it's worthless and nobody needs high quality best situated office space in downtown Toronto. I'll take the under on that. Dream Office may turn into an exceptional investment and Artis now owns close to 20% to my understanding post SIB? Wait for DIR units to fund the next SIB and ownership goes higher. Maybe we see private equity start buying more offices. Toronto's real estate is world class valuation-demand wise.
