RE:RE:Oy Vey.....Poor Suncor!!!mrmomo......as I mentioned before, Garmin had a similar problems a few years back.
Their site was effectively down for at least two months while they slowly brought all the bits and pieces back online. During that time when I contacted the company (who, IMO have a customer support department nothing short of first clas)s and they couldn't even get into their own website to answer questions.
Can't recall for sure but I think they even paid millions in ransom costs.
If the same thing is what is going at SU then it will take time and money to get this resolved.
