Now the fact that heavy sours are now in short supply globally, and command a premium, it should lessen the sting somewhat.

I havn't run the numbers yet.

Experienced wrote: Not surprised at the toll numbers given the cost overruns.

Migraine - you have the numbers but it seems to me that these tolls move the netback to the producers back close to the discount for WCS for shipping to the US Gulf coast and for those that don't face a WCS discount their returns could be less.
