RE:Whose Buying?

No significant volume so it is irrelevant who is buying; sadly there is also no news from the company. It is time for an update on progress if any as for plan of moving forward. A recent share price is also pointing to an insecure (& uninformed) small time investors that ‘parasitically’ feed on these share fluctuations.
PE must step up in their IR to be taken more seriously.
