RE:Goldnhill

RE:GoldnhillI am talking about narrow vein mining underground.

6 g/t over 1.5 meters is the minimum mining width they can develop underground and make a profit.  One needs room for vent tubeing, water line, compressed air line and room for a half yard scoop to clean out the ore after the blast.

Many of the high grade underground zones at Goldboro will be wider than 1.5 meters and in many cases the grade will be higher as well so cash in the bank at 6 grames per tonne (profitable).

I worked underground at another gold mine in Nova Scotia (Forest Hill - Seabright Resources) back in the 80s and ore cutoff (profit) grade was considered at 4g/t over 1.5 meters (minimum mining width).
Hope that answers your question karlschranz
