Taat diluted shareholder with over 600,000 shares

Taat diluted shareholder with over 600,000 sharesFor a consultant. On top of paying him $10,000 per month.
That of course is on top of the 8 million shares issued a few months ago,
6.25 million more this month, and of course, 250,000 to the CEO
for the wonderful performance of losing $1.00 a share since he took over

Now the decrepit stock is worth 16.5 cents, very bad.
