1- BevWorks was incorporated on Oct 18th 2022
2- BevWorks LinkedIn page went live within a week.of the announcement. Strange that a company signing $10M contract does not have web presence across mainstream digital channels.
3- The guy running BevWorks - Mr. ANDREW HARRIS - has 283 low level connections on LinkedIn and has been bouncing around various brewries for work. Really? That's the profile of the founder and CEO???
4- BevWorks website is one single static page with a HTML form. It is truly an atrocity and an utter joke.

If this is an accurate portrayal of BEVWORKS, then the issuance of shares in lieu of cash is nothing more than a gamble....down we go again.
