Pegmatite One Lithium and Gold Corp. is a Canada-based junior mining company. The Company is engaged in acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada with a focus on the exploration for lithium and gold. It operates two mineral exploration properties in British Columbia, such as Georgina Property and Dort Property. Its Georgina Property, situated in the Nanaimo mining division on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, covers an area of 2,069 hectares and represents a gold prospect. The Property is located approximately 20 kilometers south of Sayward on northern Vancouver Island. Its Dort Property, located in Northern British Columbia, spans approximately 857 hectares and presents significant potential for gold exploration. The Dort Property is located in the Omineca Mining Division, central British Columbia and about 10 kilometers southwest of the Kemess Mine Road.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 28, 2023) - Pegmatite One Lithium and Gold Corp. (CSE: PGA) ("Pegmatite One" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into an option agreement dated June 28, 2023 (the "Agreement") with an arm's length party (the "Optionor"), whereby the Company has been granted the option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Frazer Lake - Mound Property (the "Property"), located in Ontario, Canada.
