Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. The Company operates through five business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission and Midstream, Gas Distribution and Storage, Renewable Power Generation, and Energy Services. RE:RE:RE:RE:June 16th 2026Well if this does end up in the SCOTUS and the ruling is that the Indian tribe has jurisdiction, then either Congress passes a law that overides that and maintains the flow or L5 is shut down. A L5 shutdown is not the end of the world for ENB, alhough it will wreak havoc for upstream producers and downstream users no doubt.
