I agree with the rest of you that as the debt continues to be paid down and NCIB contributes to our well being it just a matter of TIME before the share price accelerates and the dividend starts to increase. Also the inflation factor on its own should certainly have increased the value of our assets so again we return to time, waiting. Long term planning requires all of us to have plans in place for the coming increased returns on our investment here.
