We dodged a bullet.Jack has really handled this whole situation very unprofessionally. How can someone promote another stock in a video intended to insult a CEO of another company? I believe the contract must have had a termination clause but the guy decides to tweet like crazy while spamming on Yahoo board. If he is confident in winning this case, he should wait for his day in court.
