RE:The Press Release

RE:The Press ReleaseHi Contrarian, thanx for your comments.  I'd like to ask for your opinion specific to your comment,

"one would expect to see a significant share buyback begin after the PIK cash interest payment on January 31, 2024."

In regard to your share buy-back (SBB) comments above, I have a couple of questions if you have time to help me understand.

1) Is this share buy-back (SBB) program mentioned anywhere in the company's literature?

2) I'm admittedly not knowledgeable in regards to the PIK bonds and Restricted Cash activity so is a SBB an automatic byproduct of the financial actions taking place above?

3) If not an automatic in question 2, is the SBB program a personal opinion in that the company has an opportunity to exercise a SBB program as it navigates the sea of debt that Leon Binedell has inherited?

Very interested in your responses to better understand the financial actions taking place.

Thanks
