RE:RE:Qrr testing is done to convince provincial and Federal goverThere's no way Hawaiian Shirt Bernie can attract significant institutional capital. Just watch his interviews.  He doesn't articulate a comprehensive investment case. It's all about how great the tech is and how ot won't emit CO2, like anyone cares.
