RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How can you not see it?If nobody wants to buy the stock, then who the hell is going to want to buy a Debenture that pays its interest in shares?

This is looking harder to sell every day. 

Don't forget the difference between a debenture and a bond.

A debenture is unsecured by a lien on the company's assets.
