Buying back shares with a balance sheet like that is not a smart move IMO. They act like they have lots of cash to spare, but I don't think they're fooling large investors who see higher interest rates, inflation and a likely recession at some point in 2023 staring them in the face, thus the significant share price decline after their Strategic Review.
