RE:RE:Conference callFrom where I am sitting ironically that is the best decision he made about Martello.  Unlike the rest of us, did not lose much on tbe stock by not investing into the company he is running.

Made almost $400k in total compensation one year that was still a colossal failure.  He is doing something right.   For himself.  With full support of TM. 

Go figure.

JProctor wrote: Proctor doesn't own many shares.  I believe something around 100k shares.  He was forced into purchasing them along with some other management during a round of private capital raising from insiders.  I believe he put up 20k cash in that round, and that's it.
