RE:RE:RE:RE:CGL 90 % complete

In October 22 LNG Canada stated that the LNG project was 70 % complete at the same time that they announced the pipeline was 75 % complete. That is all I was able to find on the internet . I notice that the article I linked to is now mostly behind a pay wall . But when I published the link the article did state that deliveries (to the LNG plant ) will start in december this year. Perhaps those deliveries are for line fill and LNG storage but that is conjecture on my part
