RE:RE:RE:ActionGood comments regarding the buybacks. 
In regards to insiders buying oor selling, I would think that all insiders would be in a blackout period and forbidden from selling or buying unless they have a firm trading plan previously arranged.
I would appreciate thoughts on this.
