The issue is that on the last earnings call, Mike specifically called out the share price and said now that he was out of a blackout period he looked forward to being able to buy shares because he thought the stock was undervalued.

He could enter into an automated purchase program; however, unless I am reading the SEDI report incorrectly, his purchases are not from an automated purchase plan.

Now that we are at the end of a quarter, he would be back in a blackout period.
