RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ActionYes I understand Q end blackouts until earnings are announced however the company is (presumably) in the middle of negotiations to finalize the details of the new arrangement that was announced in a news release - PNG into private company, capital return +++. IMO it would be inappropriate to trade on that knowledge. Insider trading is by definition, trading on knowledge that is not in the public domain.
