If the tech is as advertised it shouldnt be difficult to find that. The issue is why engage in neferious affairs and ruin your name and credibility? Why bother getting a new CEO etc? And why waste peoples time and be seen as a junk company sullying its name? I am sure the insiders made good money fleecing people otc that is why it continued. Instead it should have simply just consolidated trade properly and attract credible people but even so everyone is looking for their quick buck even the bookrunners and underwriters etc quote the shame what goes on with publicly traded companies. Oh well i will wait this year out and see if it comes back. If yes i will see where things go salvage what i can. If not i will remove it by gifting it to where i trade on. This company has until the last trading day of the year for me personally speaking before i officially kick to the curb and call it garbage. Non officially i have said it is and everyone responsible for such shannanigans i called acting like turd which they are. I am very displeased and honestly this is something i should just kick to the curb because of how things have been handled by the company although i should have dumped everything at a nickel but only dumped 3000 out of 7500 shares so i do take responsibility for that. Even so shiate company where insiders should be held accountable whether as committing fraud and if not finally doing things properly and show us the true extent of this tech and how it can help the sector...so far it looks like a Bre X. Anyways there are many of these scams out there the thing is to stay away from them or get rid of all your shares as fast as you can and dont look back. Not much more here left to do but wait and forget about it.
