 You are clearly considerably more savvy than I on the tech side.

Back to my question on the tech, could you please clarify exactly what the "battery control system power electronics" represents? Is Exro providing a PCB only or battery cells or both or?

The NR refers to Re:Build being responsible for inventory, having a robust supply chain etc which leads me to believe they will be manufacturing considerably more than the cabinets. John in fact mentioned the deal basically precludes Exro having to carry large amounts of inventory. My assumption was that he was referring to components associated with the battery cells etc.
