I totally agree on contracting out for the components Re the batteries. My question is, who is going to pay for it? Assuming the PCB boards represent the power electronic provided as per the NR as Exro's contribution to the partnership (along with the 5 year manufacturing exclusivity), makes considerably more sense to me.

I would be shocked if it was Exro's responsibility to cover the battery costs given the revenue stream coming our way i.e. 50% of the savings associated...

That was the purpose of my question to Sue. What are get getting in terms of total revenues associated with the deal. My understanding is that's it. The cost savings described above.
