RE:De beers Botswana deal

RE:De beers Botswana dealBloody prescriptive text! My point is that de Beers will lose a third of their Botswana production over the next 10 years. This will start with about 1.7m carats and gradually going up to 8m carats a year over the next 10 years. De beers will not be able to supply all their sight holders with enough goods as a result. My point is that de beers will be desperate to make up for this lost production, and now with these Botswana negotiations behind them, the chances of extending the life of mine plan in Gahcho Ku is much greater, as well as a big payday for Kennady. However, I now think Al Cooke, de beers ceo, must be looking at buying out mpvd, though I doubt Dermot Desmond would not sell for less than 5cad per share.
