Dude,

With whom do you think the company is negotiating with? Cyrus? If Maguire continues to buy openly, perhaps it is indicative that the company is not negotiating with Cyrus and the BOD intends to take (or at least propose to take) the PNG ops private notwithstanding current sentiment.
