Jon,
I think they are at least internal "negotiations" going on however maybe it's not the best choice of words. Let's say they are "working out the details" and so they know more than we do. That's my point. For instance, where will the private company be incorporated? The jurisdiction could be a big issue in regards to minority shareholders rights.Anyway, hopefully we will hear the details soon.
