RE:RE:to further expand on my last postUn fortunately that statement is also incorrect. I don't know the precise issues that caused the governent to close the mine and I don't know what is necessary for the company to gain aproval for it to be reopened. The conditions imposed may be sufficiently punative that the copany cannot or will not agreee to them. But I must ask you one question. The company has publicly stated it is in negotiations with a goal of reopening the mine. If they wanted to wait for the expiration of the rights then why are they wasting their time with these negotiations. As far as I know, they are under no obligation to reopen the mine. They must be in the process of negotiating because they want to open the mine as soon as possible. Nothing else makes any sense! Honestly your position makes absolutely no logial sense.
