TAAT International LLC does not need to claim that smoking TAAT hemp/CBD cigarettes helps one reduce tobacco cigarette smoking by 40% , the science (data) is already published. If TAAT International LLC decided to, they could legally point to this study, without making any claims.
FDA can't say anything about that.
