RE:Saudi Arabia and Russia are extending cutsIn addition to SPR refilling.. 

A very high probability of oil starts to gap up from here given this conditional supply cuts between these two biggest oil producers.. 

Any sign of China economy recovery oil shoukd head back to 80 bucks I suspect..
