* if India starting building USD 15 billion SEMI-CONDUCTOR plants and becomes an ALTERNATE world manufacturing and supply center REPLACING China than that "SURPLUS PROJECTED" Indian electric power in the medium term will RAPIDLY DISAPPEAR
