The nub of the issue here, as Beaner first pointed out, is how do you determine a baseline cost upon which to calculate the savings when you don't have any significant historical data.
The NR, like others, is open to interpretation. It is not possible to determine whether this sharing scheme will produce meaningful savings to EXRO or whether it is promotional.
I fully agree with your last comment. That fact that Re:Build signed on to this deal and committed for five years is revealing. I think that this agreement a good thing.
