I merely pointed out, and continue to point out, that, according to their own presentation, they need to borrow money to pay the dividend, which is EXACTLY what has happened.

So I have been 100% correct.

And borrowing to pay a dividend doesn't add anything to the value of their shares, but actually decreases that value. Simple math.
