Potential sale?

Potential sale?I have seen and heard lots of discussions over the last 10 years of potential sales. At this time, I see  three or four people with pickaxes digging for More sample holes. The season and this property, is extremely short. Due to the weather and where it is situated in Northern Ontario. A lot more has to be done during the working season.

But here is the question of the day, why would Cynthia turn away a prospective buyer from seeing the property?  We have all sold something in our life, and there is nothing better than having somebody saying they want to come to see what you were selling. Especially if they have come from a long distance away, they should automatically be qualified..

So please, tease my brain with real good intelligent answers to this one. I can hardly wait.
