RE:Soto Norte NPV nearly 1.5 billion $ !What about this purely theoretical idea: Minesa (the Arabs) make a deal with Paulson and other major EOM shareholders and they buy out EOM at a right price. As new EOM owner they can then simply close the ICSID case by an agreement with Colombia outside of the ICSID .

Colombia can save hundreds of million $ plus a big blame. In exchange Colombia can give Minesa the OK for the Soto Norte project, which includes also Petros favourite "green" mineral: which is "copper". And after dust had settled, Minesa can even go underground into our hill and the high grades there, without any touch of the surface.

I admit, it sounds too reasonable and too simple and just too profitable for all involved. It sounds like wishful thinking. It is just a late evening idea...
