Because when things were rough they pulled in their spending. When they had a problem with their cell, they fixed it. They had a long view (Plan) and are now executing.
They also have the best battery cell in the industry now in the infinity cell and may still have a much better cell in their ss cell. (CELLS) They have 3 solid state cells. They could actually cell one to Toyota and not miss it! Got 2 more...... Just waiting on the string of announcements to come out as the fire under this stock burns out a little.
