Operational update

Yesterday BEI issued an update for the coming quarter. I find the statement about 'strategic moderation of rents' strange. Are there cracks appearing in their rental markets? When the market is strong you hike rents in-line with what the market will bear. 98.3% occupancy in July seems ptretty strong.
