Death of Canadian Office is misinformed

Death of Canadian Office is misinformedWe're told hybrid work has killed office space but, if anything, I am only seeing and hearing about more and more people returning to the office and for a large amount of days.

In the worst case scenario we are still grappling with a severe housing shortage and office space could theoretically be converted if office space becomes unmarketable. Armoyan Jr. is doing exactly this in Montreal at 1245 Sherbrooke St. W.

SOT.UN's assets aren't easily convertible for the most part but if other properties are converted hopefully we will see a decrease in supply and a better supply/demand ratio for office space.
