RE:Prior to Arbitration DecisionWho knows what is going to happen, that is the problem. This total blackout of information I think is unnecessary. Surely the Arbitrator has told both parties when the judgement will be rendered. Why that cannot be conveyed to the shareholders of the two companies is beyond me. The only thing that may be in play is possibly there is an ongoing negotiation between the two companies which would cause a blackout. One way or the other the shareholders are being treated poorly. With the risk of a bad decision for Replicel shareholders causing us to possibly loose the majority of our investment I am not impressed with how this is being handled.
