And I'm not sure how these shares could land directly in the hands
of individual shareholders. They will need to think this thing through
looking at all the options and then clarify these things to the shareholders
before divesting anything. Not sure if this sort of thing would require a vote
by shareholders, but even if not, it would behoove the Company to be
upfront and transparent with thier shareholders. I suspect there are quite
a few fingers hovering above the sell button lately, I hope DM doesn't cause
those fingers to act. Bad for everyone.
