If BC will in some way play a role in future pathogen monitoring, the fact remains that it was shipped to Health Canada for testing and no test results were announced. There is only one way to interpret that considering that PG is not very forthcoming with unfavorable information.
And that is not even the initiative that brought the company down to its knees. Yes....when there is a liquidiry crunch where you need financing or are fully dependent on what the creditoe wants to cover your short term obligations, that is not an inappropriate business interpretation.
