Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. How revenue is recognized

This was covered in great detail two investor calls ago and repeated in most recent. Suggest those that own shares to listen to them (they typically are accessible for a few weeks).

revenue is recognized (ie in the financials) only after a unit it is accepted (delivered and liability handed over) from VPT to the customer.
Purchase Orders issued by the customer are not recognized. As the unit needs to be accepted.
The latest PR for the unit sold in Germany will show up to the financials as revenue but it is not clear when (in the past) the hospital accepted it. I assume it occurred in Q2.
