Private placement at 0.15 cents plus Well I guessed right, now they will try to do it at 15 cents, as they announced in today news release. The old stock price befor the roll back 5/1 means it is at 0.03 cents a share.
Hate to say it but the company has not had anything exciting to talk about for over the last year. The last exciting thing was the new director (Ian) and shareholder from Australia, but they have burned throu that money he invested and with no exciting news to generate buying, he can't be that happy now.
Let's hope that the P.P. gets done and maybe there can be some money left over to put the drill to work and give us some news to talk about and get excited about the future again.
