RE:Two main issuesFrom Don "We have been talking to Regulators since 2019 when we were verbally informed that no permit would be required. The Holbrook Basin is virgin territory for helium production and although we know more about it than everyone else, there are still surprises. The problem is a moving of the goal posts as we moved forward to production to a point where we had to make a decision to move the plant and start to get ROI for shareholders."
Quite shocking that a company would be satisfied with a "verbal" and not written. The Arizona requirement for helium drilling are very clear and have been since before 2020 I believe. If stimulation (fracking for example) is required during the extraction process then they must have a APP. See here.... https://azdeq.gov/helium
The recent resignation of a board member also raises alarms. That member is still an employee of the company but no longer on the board. There is more to the story which makes me shake my head and fear that things may be turning south due to actions of a specific few.
Lots of speculation and as a result of lack of clear and honest information from the company we are left to speculate.
Very disappointed in DME.
