If they can pitch $10million for a 5% buyback that would be great.. The thing is they likely wouldn't be able to buy that much back at $0.50.. just looking at the way it's been trading. Any kind of positive news (like a buy back) along with the company trying to buy up all the stock available to trade it would likely push the price well past $0.50... which is good for shareholders in the short term at least.

I would say don't throw all the available money at a buyback, just enough to lap up some of the low priced supply.. get it out of the gutter (above $1) and then use the rest of the money on debt.
