If that's the case, why did Andrew hall and the board pull the plug? Something is fishy with hall, not only did he fold the company when perhaps he didn't have to, but also he never bought shares as ceo and claimed he couldn't which was in contradiction to Fred Ors who bought lots.  

Likely nothing coming next week, prepare for bad news,

Are there any lawyers out there? In addition to a class action against the company, can individuals be sued too? For example, can we individually sue Andrew hall or Fred Ors for misleading us?
